Application Fee
$35.00 per person
Reservation fee is $200.00 (required at time of application) and
is applied towards damage deposit.
Applications will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Eligibility
To qualify for apartment at Phalen Senior Lofts applicants must
be 62 year of age or older and a non-smoker. All applicants must
meet set income requirement as follow:
*A limited number of one bedroom units are 30% income limit, which
is $16,170.00 for one person and $18,480.00 for two persons.
*A limited number of one bedroom units are 50% income limit, which
is $26,950 for one person, $30,800 for two persons.
*A limited number of one and two bedroom units are 60% income
limit, which $32,340 for one person and $36,960 for two persons.
