The marketplace fosters ongoing entrepreneurship by local residents and farmers; reduces the cost of purchasing fresh foods; and serves as a physical symbol of neighborhood cohesiveness. Wanted! Independent Growers & Farmers East Side Neighborhood Development Company (ESNDC) operates its annual Payne Avenue Farmers' Market on Tuesdays from July 8th thru mid-October 2008. We are seeking local growers to sell their fresh products. The market is free to independent growers selling produce, preserves, fresh flowers or other consumables.
