John Vaughn Executive Director	John Vaughn is the former Executive Director of the Dayton’s Bluff Community Council and the Northeast Community Development Corporation in Minneapolis. He is a past Jaycees Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans Honoree, a recipient of a national Prudential Foundation Leadership award, and a recipient of the U of M’s Outstanding Community Partner award. He grew up in St. Paul and currently resides in Stillwater.

Anne DeJoy Director of Commercial Development	Anne is currently the Director of Commercial Development at ESNDC. She has more than 20 years experience directing community-based economic development programs. DeJoy is an alumna of Middlesex College in New Jersey where she studied Marketing Art and Design. She received training in Economic Development and Real Estate Finance from the National Development Council (NDC) and received Economic Development training from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She received a proclamation from Governor Arne Carlson for her leadership on the Economic Development Committee for the Chicano Latino Affairs Council. She has served on numerous boards and committees including the Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation, Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Cultural Relations, Saint Paul Sister Cities Commission, Neighborhood Justice Center and the Payne Arcade Business Association.

Seanne Thomas Real Estate Broker	Following a career as an insurance underwriter, Seanne Thomas became a licensed realtor. She has worked primarily in St. Paul and mostly on the East Side for the last ten years. Prior to joining the ESNDC staff in 2012, Seanne served on the ESNDC board for six years, where she chaired the Housing Advisory Committee for four years. Seanne is excited to bring her real estate expertise to bear as the Broker for the new ESNDC Brokerage. Seanne holds a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota and lives on the East Side with her husband and their three sons.

Mai Xiong Housing Program Manager	Mai Xiong is the Housing Program Manager at ESNDC. Her focus is to help families in the community access a variety of housing resources to improve their housing situations and strengthen the neighborhood. She manages the Ramsey County funded Lead Hazard Reduction Window Replacement Program, A Brush with Kindness projects with Habitat for Humanity, the NeighborWorks USA Leadership Institute Program, and coordinates various community events. Laura Torres Community Outreach Worker	Laura is the former Employment Coordinator for the Riverview Economic Development Association. She also works for Summit OIC. At ESNDC, Laura conducts outreach to the Hispanic community, participates in the NeighborWorks USA Leadership Program, and assists with economic development programming; mostly in the area of providing staff support for the Payne Arcade Business Association.
